The People Behind Indigo
Born from a love for San Francisco
Co-Founder
After seven years at Salesforce, Kash envisioned a space where timeless hospitality meets the modern California spirit. He created Indigo as a heartfelt tribute to San Francisco — a place where great food, beautiful drinks, and genuine human connection come together under one roof.
Co-Founder
Together with Kash, Suzy co-founded Indigo from a deep love for San Francisco's vibrant culture, its people, and the incredible ingredients California has to offer. Every decision — from the menu to the music to the way guests are welcomed — reflects that founding vision.
Executive Chef
David Neri grew up immersed in the vibrant flavors and culinary traditions of Mexico City, where his passion for food was kindled at age eleven through his sisters' catering business. That early spark grew into a lifelong dedication to the craft.
He refined his skills across some of the Bay Area's most respected kitchens, cultivating a style that weaves the bold, soulful essence of his Mexican heritage with modern, inventive technique. Today, Chef David brings his passion, creativity, and depth of experience to the Indigo family — cooking with heart, and always hungry for the next adventure.
Bar Director
Candice Jae is a San Francisco-based Bar Director and Beverage Consultant who has spent over two decades shaping the city's cocktail culture, driving creative programs at local icons like Members Only, Evil Eye, The Hideout at Dalva, and Lolinda, alongside international pop-ups. With an academic background in Fine Arts and Literature, she views a blank cocktail menu the way an author views a first chapter, designing elevated beverage programs that tell a distinct story.
Specializing in bespoke botanical spirits, house-crafted liqueurs, and complex flavor profiles, Candice thrives on creating immersive guest experiences that push boundaries without losing their sense of fun. This creative wanderlust is front and center in Indigo's signature "Around the World in 8 Cocktails" menu, which blends time-honored classic techniques with innovative, globally sourced ingredients to take guests on a liquid stamp through their passport — no airport security required.
